Data Deletion
Air4.Media respects your right to control your personal information. This page explains how to request deletion of data we hold about you.
How to Request Deletion
You have several ways to request deletion of your data:
- If you registered via Meta (Facebook / Instagram): Visit your Facebook account settings → Apps and Websites, locate Air4.media, and choose "Remove" or "Request Deletion". Meta will notify us automatically through this endpoint, and we will purge your data within 30 days.
- If you registered directly: Log in to your account and use the in-app deletion option, or email privacy@air4.media from your registered email address requesting deletion.
- SMS subscribers: Reply STOP to any message to be unsubscribed and have your phone number removed.
What Gets Deleted
Upon a verified deletion request, Air4.media removes the following from active systems within 30 days:
- Your account profile (name, email, phone, address)
- Any media assets you uploaded (photos, videos, documents)
- Login credentials and OAuth tokens (Google, Meta, etc.)
- SMS opt-in records and message history
- Activity logs tied to your user identity
Some records may be retained for the minimum legally required period (typically 7 years for transactional and tax records), in anonymized form where possible.
Tracking Your Request
When Meta sends a deletion request to this endpoint, we generate a confirmation code and return a status URL of the form:
https://air4.media/data-deletion?code=<32-character-hex>
Visit that URL anytime to see the current status of the request (queued, processing, completed, or failed).
